Man, I hate chrome wheels.

yeah I'd rather have my wheels brushed, but most of these are polished, not chrome.

Polished=/=chrome

Okay, then I dislike polished wheels also. Rusto's dad's F430's wheels are polished , and they look awful.

They look good polished or not. It all depends on the car. Brushed LM's still look good on an M3.

Chrome means you can see clear reflections.

Polished just reflect dull light. I'm not a fan either. Either go bling-bling and rock it with wild paint and interior colors, or buy some sensible wheels that don't blind people.

All BBS wheels really! Although they do hold resale value extremely well. You could realistically sell them for 75% of what you paid as long as you don't crack or bend them.

Kinja'd!!! AM3R > Brian Silvestro
09/09/2014 at 19:54

Only the low (under 50k) mile ones. It's weird, you can easily find AP1's with 20k on them for under $25k at dealerships. There was (is? Might still be for sale) an ap2 with 120k on it for like $11k at a nissan dealership near me.

A pristine 2003 Lexus ES300.

Here is the ad:

Anyone who has ever driven such a machine will know that once you drive it everything seems to stand still. This car is hardly street legal. In japan this car's sibling the Takata Dome NSX (basically the same car right?) holds the record around Tsukuba for a 50 second lap time. Even when not racing, GTRs and Corvettes seem not to move at stoplights because you may have accidently run a red light while trying desperately to get the cup holders to finally work for once. The 5 speed (probably 4 but who cares you will be going so fast) automatic transmission (better for drag racing dudebro) clearly shows how autos are better than manuals by making the entire car hiccup when it upshifts and also seems to play eeny meeny minee moe with 1st and 2nd. While designing the lexus es300, engineers took inspiration from cars such as the lancia stratos and a lawnmower and came up with the most supportive lounge chairs you will ever sit in. Every time you get into this car is an occasion. The steering is so precise, it makes you feel like you feel like the only thing holding this wheel in place are you hands which actually probably are. The brakes are immense and like carbon discs, they squeak pretty much always. Cars today are getting heavier and are becoming less focused on the driver such as the new BMW SportEfficienDynamicsblablabla335i528i1234i1337i and are becoming more and more assisted with every generation. The lexus es300 has no driver aids besides stability control which does nothing and is a true drivers car. I am willing to give up my Lexus ES300 to add to your collection to show how great engineering (badge engineering) and great design pay off in one astonishing package. Well this is probably the best craigslist ad you will ever read.
